Hello Kitty Hello World!
My love affair with Hello Kitty started when I was a young girl. My aunt was then married to a Japanese guy who was fond of me. I dont know if its because I have small eyes and sort of reminds him of a Japanese girl or his daughter who was already grown up. He showered me with Hello Kitty things from Japan. I remember that I was given Hello Kitty and My Melody stuff while my much older sister (10 years age gap between us) was given Little Twin Stars stuff. I decided to start this blog and dedicate it on purely anything and everything Hello Kitty. My hubby said that I should feature all the Hello Kitty stuff I have in our house and all the Hello Kitty stuff I came across with. Come to think of it, its not a bad idea. It could serve as a venue to discuss and show the wonderful way Hello Kitty is showing up in practically everything -- from household appliances, to dolls and collectibles and even some novelty items. So in the next few days, I should be taking pictures and showing more Hello Kitty stuff. :) So, hello kitty, hello world!
